The 6th National Schools Tournament competition for schools in the United Kingdom. National Schools Oware Tournament

National Schools Oware Tournament

The National Schools Oware Tournament is an annual competition organized for schools in the UK. It has been running for over 5 years now and is the most important date for School Oware Clubs up and down the country. This event is a must for School Oware Clubs who would like their members to play other pupils from other schools and gives them a goal to work towards. It is a fun day for all who participate and pupils take pride in representing their schools. We have found that it is an opportunity for pupils who do not usually have the opportunity to shine, to come out show what they can contribute to the school and the team.

This Tournament is a team event therefore pupils and students will be representing their school and not their selves on an individual basis. Each school team is made up of five Oware players and schools are allowed to enter one team. Depending availability at times schools are allowed to enter two teams. The players in the team should be ranked from A to E, with the best player ranked A and the weakest E. Please remember to register your team before the registration deadline of a week before the tournament.

The Tournament takes place in the afternoon over a 5-hour period usually from 12 noon to 5pm on a Sunday in London below is the address:
